1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between SIA Gramata2000 (hereinafter – the "Company", "we", "us"),
registration number: 50203152601, legal address: Torna iela 13-5, Aluksne, Aluksnes nov,
LV-4301 Latvija, and the user (hereinafter – the "Customer", "you") of the website sputnik2000.com (the "Website"). .
2. Scope of Activity
The Company operates an e-commerce platform dedicated to the retail sale of printed books and media.
All goods offered on the Website are distributed and dispatched exclusively from logistics centers and warehouses
located within the European Union (EU).
The Company strictly operates within the framework of European Union trade regulations and complies with
all applicable EU international trade restrictions and sanctions frameworks.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices on the Website are indicated in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
Payments for goods are accepted via secure electronic payment methods provided by our authorized financial partners
(including credit/debit cards and SEPA bank transfers).
4. Shipping, Delivery, Customs, and International Export
The Company dispatches goods to customers within the European Union (EU), as well as internationally, including to Switzerland,
the United States, Canada, and other eligible destinations worldwide.
* **EU Deliveries:** Orders shipped within the European Union are dispatched from our warehouses within the EU and are not
subject to additional customs or border clearance procedures.
* **International Deliveries (Non-EU / Export):** For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., to Switzerland,
USA, Canada), the shipment is processed as an international postal/courier export.
* **Customs Duties and Taxes:** The Customer is solely responsible for any applicable import duties, local taxes,
customs clearance fees, or value-added taxes (VAT) levied by the destination country upon arrival. The Company does not
collect or manage destination-country customs fees.
5. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), Customers have the right to withdraw
from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the goods without
giving any reason. To exercise this right, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused,
and undamaged.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
